Yes, that's quite a lot. Most wireless cards are in the neighborhood of $40, last I checked.

Here in the Uk, you can get wireless cards for about £30. You can't use the easy way out with an adaptor everytime. Implement wireless PLEASE!

Yea, there are some 40 dollar ones but the higher quality and faster cards go for about $69 +, some of the nicer buffalo ones are 90.
My personal Belkin card was 50, but it isnt that great and the coverage can be spotty, with a signal in one place but 2 ft over no signal.

Like I said on ebay they are much cheaper,
