No, the touch is a newer version from the same manufacturer (HTC). It is a very cool phone!

No, I do not believe that it does. Not 100% on that, but pretty sure.

Hmm they keyboard is a must for me, as the touchscreen keyboards are always a little twitchy...might get the samsung U600 instead...
